- Bookings can be made 2 hours in advance, for last minute bookings or for evening appointments please contact Sam directly 07720229266

- I treat Ladies only, sorry for any inconvenience

- Please get in touch with me or make me aware of any serious medical conditions or injuries  before booking or if you are currently pregnant / breastfeeding

- Please note if you currently have any diseases / infections I am unable to offer treatments until these have passed

- No children are to attend your treatment with you unless this has been agreed or if they are having a mini treatment

- If you are under 16, you will need to attain your parent/guardian's permission that they are happy for you to have a treatment, unfortunately no LVL or Lash Extensions are available to under 16's

- A patch/tint test is required at least 24-48 hours prior to your appointment for the following; Eyelash & Eyebrow Tinting, Eyelash Extensions and Lash Lifts

- Please ensure you have received and read your booking confirmations and my deposit/cancellation policy
